Greetings to all historical miniatures gamers, event hosts, historians, vendors, artists, and others who are members of our great gaming community. I am pleased to announce that planning for Fall In! 2025 is underway and to be able to provide some initial information.
Convention Location
This year the convention takes place Friday – Sunday, November 7 – 9, at the Wyndham Lancaster Resort and Convention Center (2300 Lincoln Highway E, Lancaster, PA 17602-1114). The theme this year is “Celebrating 250 Years of the US Navy and USMC“.
Hotel Room Block
Once again we have attendee & exhibitor room blocks at the Wyndham.
The Attendee Room Block opens on Friday, August 1st at 6:00pm. Here is the link for the Attendee Block: Fall In! 2025 Attendee Block – the Block Code is 110625HMG.
The link for the Exhibitor Block will be sent to Exhibitors in a separate email.
As most of you know, there are also a number of other hotel options close by, within walking distance.
Key Dates for Attendees
Having learned how to take advantage of capabilities in TableTop.Events (TTE), we have a new look to the key dates for Fall In! 2025.
Attendee Badge sales will start August 1st, followed a week later by Event Submission and Volunteer Applications. Along with the Event Submission deadlines, this will allow us to ensure that everyone that needs or qualifies (e.g., Games Hosts, Volunteers, etc.) for a Badge has it BEFORE Event Ticket “sales” opens on October 3rd.
To reduce the scheduling/rescheduling and Game Host Badge creation log-jam that usually happens after Event Submission closes and before Event Ticket “sales” opens, we are asking that all submissions for Club Games or “large tables” and other special requests be completed by September 15th, with the deadline for other games – for complimentary Badge and inclusion in the Convention program – on September 29th.
Also, at the Wyndham, we have access to a limited number of 8′ tables, therefore we’re asking people to use table sizes that are a multiple of 6′ x 2.5′ (e.g., 5′ x 6′, 6′ x 10′, etc.).

As at previous conventions, HMGS Members will need to authenticate via this page to get the reduced Member Pricing.
Key Dates for Exhibitors
At Fall In! 2024, we did not use TTE for Exhibitor Registration, so we are holding off on finalizing the dates for Exhibitor Registration, until we have a better idea of when the prep work (e.g., creating Booths and pricing, etc) will be completed in TTE. We expect this to be available around mid-August.
This information will also be available on our Fall In! website (fall-in.org) on the Fall In! 2025 page. We plan on having the Fall In! 2025 site on TTE go live ahead of August 1st.
Start making plans now to attend Fall In! 2025 at the Wyndham Lancaster Resort, on November 7–9. We are working to, once again, bring you the best in historical miniatures wargaming!
